Designed to foster a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, the building accommodates diverse functions across its floors, including a welcoming reception area and executive boardroom on the ground floor, dedicated administrative offices on the first floor, R&D department on the second floor, quality control operations on the third floor, and the Chairman's chambers along with a dedicated guest suite on the fourth floor.
Strategically located services and circulation elements maximize column-free workspaces within the building's core, while an elegant facade wrapped in chiseled marble and lush planters conceals service elements and allows for filtered natural light to permeate the interior spaces.
A refined material palette featuring natural materials like marble, exposed concrete, and Indian teak wood creates a timeless and sophisticated ambiance.
