At 540X, we had the opportunity to collaborate on the comprehensive masterplanning and design of the Factory Fun Foods facility. This project involves the creation of a highly functional and efficient factory layout that meets the specific needs of food production while ensuring seamless operations. Our design integrates a strategically organized site plan with essential areas such as administrative blocks, expansive shed areas, drying zones, and land development tailored to optimize workflow and productivity.
he design prioritizes both operational efficiency and the safety of the workforce, incorporating clear zoning for production, storage, and administrative functions. The drying area is strategically placed to maximize natural ventilation and energy efficiency, while the overall masterplan ensures smooth traffic flow between different sections of the facility. The combination of thoughtful architecture and site development ensures that Factory Fun Foods is positioned to scale effectively, supporting both current operations and future growth.
